(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.visionquestretreats.com\/\"><strong>Vision Quest Retreats<\/strong> <\/a>is in fact partly based upon this notion.) With so much work and other demands\u00a0it is easy to get swept away in striving but this must be undone. Too much effort and striving leaves me out of balance, stressed and in danger of fatigue and burnout. \u00a0Finding moments of rest and quiet help me rejuvenate and open me to greater creativity and joy in my work.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nicolecutts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Yacht-club-beach-small2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1269\" title=\"Yacht club beach small\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nicolecutts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Yacht-club-beach-small2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.nicolecutts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Yacht-club-beach-small2-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.nicolecutts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Yacht-club-beach-small2.jpg 540w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This weekend I was blessed to get away to <strong>Martha&#8217;s Vineyard<\/strong> (in the off season) to spend time with my cousin who I don&#8217;t often see and to spend quiet time exploring the island and just getting to &#8220;BE&#8221;\u00a0with no particular agenda.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DzFSJoFzEjw?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nI drove all over the island just taking in the beauty and the quiet.
