Comments on your experience welcome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update on the Update 6.16.12<\/strong>-So what I didn&#8217;t really stress in the video is the awful self doubt that plagues me when writing. I find the process an exquisite mix of excruciating pain (when the doubt is dogging my steps) and\u00a0intense pleasure (when I&#8217;m in the flow of creating a magical fairy tale that seems to be being revealed to me).<\/p>\n<p>Today I picked up <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nataliegoldberg.com\/\"><strong>Natalie Goldberg&#8217;s<\/strong> <\/a><em><strong>\u00a0Wild Mind: Living the writer&#8217;s life<\/strong><\/em> for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nicolecutts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Wild-mind.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1544\" title=\"Wild mind\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nicolecutts.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Wild-mind.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"136\" height=\"216\" \/><\/a>some inspiration and this is what I found&#8230;&#8221;<em>Every morning as soon as you wake up and each night before you go to sleep, say to yourself, simply and clearly, &#8216;I am a writer.&#8217; It doesn&#8217;t matter if you believe it. Just plant that seed.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em> She goes on to say. &#8220;<em>We work on different levels. When we actually write and lift that heavy pen to the vast page, beings seen and unseen help us. Saying &#8216;I am a writer&#8217; calls up the unseen beings. Soon what we want to be and who we are meet and we are one.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I hope this helps you as it did me!
