What is the relationship between prosperity\u00a0and living your Vision of Success?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Many believe that\u00a0a lack of money can hinder you from manifesting your goals but can being\u00a0financially successful also hinder you from living your true purpose? Consider the difficulty in leaving a job in which you make a lot of money to pursue a vision which may not “make you rich.”<\/p>\n

Your relationship to money, your beliefs about prosperity and abundance, and how these things intersect with your Vision of Success<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>is one of the many internal dynamics that you\u00a0must sort out in the course of living\u00a0your vision. By “sort out” I mean increase your awareness of then shed any beliefs that are limiting.<\/p>\n

Like any relationship, your relationship\u00a0with money can exhibit\u00a0varying degrees of\u00a0health through\u00a0your\u00a0behavior.<\/p>\n

For example, how can you manifest a dream that entails having great wealth\u00a0if\u00a0deep down you see wanting\/having money as somehow negative i.e. evil\u00a0or dirty?<\/p>\n

Likewise an ego-driven\u00a0focus solely on\u00a0making money may lead you astray from your authentic self and true purpose.\u00a0 Greed may help you to\u00a0ignore your core values such as compassion and altruism.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Journal Exercise: What are my beliefs and attitudes about money?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>To explore how beliefs about money may\u00a0be impacting how you are living (or not living) your Vision of Success\u00a0write\u00a0your answers to the following questions?<\/p>\n

1) What messages were you told by your parents\/family about having money? (Was money valued, vilified, shunned or chased after and put above all\u00a0else?)<\/p>\n

2) Growing up, compared to those around you in your community, were you\u00a0considered poor, average, or rich?<\/p>\n

3) How has your childhood economic standing\u00a0shaped your attitudes and\u00a0earning or spending habits today? (Perhaps you are afraid to have money so you spend extravagantly and stay in\u00a0debt. Or maybe you are afraid to ever go without so you consume and hoard\u00a0money\/things.)<\/p>\n

4) Now ask yourself how any of the above may be affecting your ability to\u00a0realize your visions. (Are your fears or paradigms around money keeping you\u00a0and your vision small? Is a drive to be “rich” or comfortable keeping you\u00a0in a well paying job that you hate because\u00a0you aren’t living your true\u00a0purpose?<\/p>\n

Next Step: The next step is to rid yourself of any self-limiting beliefs so you can\u00a0exhibit your true personality and manifest your greatness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easier said than done? Yes but remember the vision quest is a journey.<\/p>\n
