VQC #79: When is it time to let go of your Dream?

Black Enterprise (June, 2010)

How do you know when it’s time to let go or give up on a dream or vision that you have been pursuing?

How do you know when something is not meant for you? A very successful woman that I know asked me this the other day and I thought it was a great question.  This was also a huge example of synchronicity because  journalist Tamara E. Holmes had just asked me the same question for an article she was writing for Black Enterprise Magazine. I had never had a coaching client ask me this question and I have never had to ask myself this in the course of pursuing my Visions of Success.  I have always just relied on my instinct to tell me when something is right or wrong for me, but apparently this answer does not always come so easily for some folks. I think only you know when to let go or keep pressing on to pursue your goals.

I am curious what your answer is to this question.   Check out the Black Enterprise article “Letting Go” (June, 2010), if you want to read one woman’s account of what she did and hear some advise from the experts.

Feel free to drop me a line with your response to the article and the question…

When is it time to let go of your dream?
